In unserem Team aus Projektmanagement, Design und Entwicklung erarbeiten wir gemeinsam digitale Strategien und Lösungen von der Projektidee bis hin zum Go-Live. 
Du leitest das Design-Team und bist verantwortlich für die erarbeitung von innovativen Konzeption und Lösungen für unsere Kunden sowie die Weiterentwicklung unserer eigenen Marke functn.
Dein Profil
Wir suchen eine(n) talentierte(n) und erfahrene(n) Digital Creative Director (m/w/d) mit großer Leidenschaft und Expertise in der Entwicklung fesselnder digitaler Markendesigns und Userexperiences. Du leitest unser Design-Team und bringst deine Erfahrung und Konzeptionelles-Know-How in die Projekte ein. Du übernimmst du konzeptionelle und visuelle sowie beratenden Leitung und Verantwortung für digitale Kampagnen- und Marken sowie Webentwicklung.
  • Entwicklung und Gestaltung unterschiedlicher Markenerlebnisse mit Schwerpunkt auf benutzerzentrierten Inhalten, Markendesign, Webdesign (UI/UX) und Online-Kampagnen
  • Beratung und Design von internationalen Kunden, von Startups bis hin zu etablierten Marken
  • Entwicklung von Web-Konzepten und -strategien sowie Leitung der Umsetzung
  • Außergewöhnliches digitales Markendesign-Portfolio (mit Schwerpunkt Webseiten-Konzepte und Designs)
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Anforderungen zu verstehen und wirksame Konzepte und Strategien für komplexe Probleme eigenständig zu erarbeiten.
  • Kundenpräsentationen führen und Kundenbeziehungen stärken
  • Stark ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und hands-on-Mentalität
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-Skills und sicheres Auftreten
  • mind. 5-7 Jahre Berufserfahrung (in einer Agentur oder einem ähnlichen Bereich)
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Erfahrung mit SEO Tools wie Google Analytics, SEMrush, oder Screaming Frog

  • Erfahrung mit CMS (Wordpress, Contentful, Sanity)
  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript

In our team of project management, design and development, we work together to develop digital strategies and solutions from the project idea to the go-live.
You lead the design team and are responsible for developing innovative concepts and solutions for our customers as well as the further development of our own brand functn.
Your profile
We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Creative Director with great passion and expertise in developing captivating digital brand designs and user experiences. You will lead our design team and bring your experience and conceptual know-how to the projects. You will take on conceptual and visual as well as advisory management and responsibility for digital campaigns and brands as well as web development.
  • Development and design of different brand experiences with a focus on user-centered content, brand design, web design (UI/UX) and online campaigns
  • Advice and design for international clients, from startups to established brands
  • Development of web concepts and strategies and management of implementation
  • Exceptional digital brand design portfolio (with a focus on website concepts and designs)
  • Strong ability to understand requirements and independently develop effective concepts and strategies for complex problems.
  • Leading customer presentations and strengthening customer relationships
  • Strong quality awareness and hands-on mentality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and confident appearance
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience (in an agency or a similar field)
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
