In unserem Team aus Projektmanagement, Kreation und Entwicklung arbeiten wir gemeinsam an digitalen Strategien und Lösungen von der Projektidee bis zum Go-Live. Mit Deinem organisatorischen Know-how, Engagement und Deiner Leidenschaft für Web- und E-Commerce-Projekte steuerst du pro-aktiv deine Kundenprojekte und das Team.

Dein Profil

Du entwickelst gemeinsam eine digitale Vision für innovative digitale Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team und den Kunden.
Du bist mit der Arbeit im digitalen und/oder IT-Umfeld vertraut und kannst Anforderungen von KundInnen auf das Wesentliche für unser Design- oder Entwicklungsteam herausfiltern
Du erstellst Angebote auf Basis der Anforderungen und Vision und schaffst es, Budget, Zeitpläne und Qualität deiner Projekte im Auge zu behalten
Du hast eine strukturierte/geordnete Arbeitsweise und weißt, wie Prioritäten zu setzen sind
Du bist in der Lage, stressige Situationen und mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu bewältigen
Du baust eine langfristige und partnerschaftliche Beziehung mit deinen Kunden auf
Einschlägige Ausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Key-Account-Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder Softwareentwicklung
Du glänzt mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist Hauptverantwortliche(r) für spannende Projekte im digitalen Umfeld
Du bist Ansprechpartner und erste Anlaufstelle für das Team und KundInnen, wenn es um deine Projekte geht
Du führst die Planung (Zeitpläne und Ressourcen) innerhalb deiner Projekte als Teil des Projektmanagementteams durch
Du behältst Budget, Zeitpläne und Output im Überblick
Du hilfst dem Kunden die digitale Vision und die Anforderungen zu definieren
Du betreust pro-aktiv und eigenverantwortlich deine Projekte

Unser Angebot

Wir bieten dir auf Basis einer Vollzeitanstellung ein Jahresgehalt ab € 44.000,- brutto (inkl. Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld). Dein tatsächliches Gehalt ist abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

In our project management, design and development team, we work together to develop digital strategies and solutions from the project idea to go-live. With your organisational know-how, your hands-on involvement and passion for web and e-commerce projects you are proactively managing the clients and the team.

Your profile

Together you develop a digital vision for innovative digital projects in cooperation with your team and the customer.
You are familiar with working in a digital and/or IT environment and can filter customer requirements down to the essentials for our design or development team
You create offers based on requirements and vision and manage to keep an eye on budget, schedules and quality of your projects
You have a structured/orderly way of working and know how to set priorities
You are able to manage stressful situations and multiple projects at the same time
You build a long-term and cooperative relationship with your customers
Relevant education and/or professional experience in project management, key account management, business administration or software development
You have excellent communication skills in German and English

Your responsibilities

You are the main person responsible for exciting projects in the digital environment
You are the first point of contact for the team and customers when it comes to your projects
You carry out planning (timelines and resources) within your projects as part of the project management team,
You keep track of budgets, schedules and output
You help the customer to define the digital vision and requirements
You manage your projects proactively and independently

Our offer

We offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 44,000 gross (incl. holiday and christmas pay) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
