Dein Profil

Du bist ein kreativer Denker (ein:e kreative:r Denker:in) mit einem scharfen Auge für Design, visuelle Trends und Marken-Storytelling. Als Designer:In übernimmst du die Führung bei der kreativen Entwicklung und erweckst Ideen zum Leben – vom ersten Konzept bis zum Finalen Web-Design.

Einschlägige Ausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung in UI/UX Design, Web-Design, Branding
Portfolio mit Web-Projekten, bei denen Strategie und Gestaltung Hand in Hand gehen

Deine Aufgaben

Hauptverantwortung für spannende Design-Projekte im digitalen Umfeld
Konzeption und Gestaltung von Webseiten & Web-Shops, Web-Apps und digitalen Kampagnen
Erstellung von Wireframes, User Flows & Prototypen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler:innen und Stakeholdern
Arbeit mit Design-Systemen und deren Weiterentwicklung
Mitgestaltung an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der visuellen Identität unserer Kunden

Unser Angebot

Wir bieten dir auf Basis einer Vollzeitanstellung ein Jahresgehalt ab € 44.000,- brutto (inkl. Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld). Dein tatsächliches Gehalt ist abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

Your profile

You're a creative thinker with a keen eye for design, visual trends, and brand storytelling. As a designer, you'll take the lead in creative development and bring ideas to life—from the initial concept to the final web design.

Strong sense of design and structure
Excellent knowledge of Figma
Interest in the latest trends and digital technologies
Understanding of responsive design and UI across all devices
Relevant education and/or professional experience in UI/UX design, web design, and branding
Portfolio of web projects where strategy and design go hand in hand
Attention to detail combined with a flair for pragmatic solutions

Your responsibilities

Primary responsibility for exciting design projects in the digital environment
Concept work and design of websites & web shops, web apps, and digital campaigns
Creation of wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
Close collaboration with developers and stakeholders
Working with design systems and their further development
Participating in the strategic development of our clients' visual identity

Our offer

We offer you a full-time annual salary starting at €44,000 gross (including vacation and Christmas bonuses). Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
