Junior Consultant: SEO/GEO, Tracking & Accessibility (f/m/d)

As part of our team, you will collaborate on the development of digital strategies and solutions—spanning everything from the initial project idea and go-live to ongoing optimization. You will support our consulting team in the areas of user tracking, SEO/GEO, and accessibility, actively contributing to the success and performance of our projects.
Your work will ensure that websites comply with WCAG guidelines and that products and content are not only more easily discovered and cited but also yield detailed insights into user behavior. We are looking for an analytical, curious team member with a strong sense of initiative who possesses—or is eager to acquire—foundational knowledge of SEO/GEO and tracking setup via TagManager.

·       You’re interested in digital topics, open to new tools (also AI based) and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn.
·       You are very thorough and actively contribute to project work as a team player.
·       Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript will impress us, though it is not required.
·       Excellent communication skills in German and English
·       Sense of responsibility for the team, customers and projects
·       You have the ability to manage stressful situations and multiple projects at once, as well as how to prioritize and stay focused.
·       You have first experience with SEO/GEO sowie Tracking

User Tracking
·       Development of tracking concepts
·       Implementation and maintenance of tracking setups and consent management (Google Tag Manager, Google
·       Analytics, Usercentrics)
·       Analysis and reporting of collected data
SEO/AI & GEO
·       Monitoring of rankings and visibility
·       Analysis of on-page and off-page metrics
·       Preparation of results in reports
·       Development of concepts and optimization strategies
Web Accessibility
·       Support in conducting accessibility checks based on WCAG standards
·       Documentation of audit results

• Salary: With specific professional experience, we offer a gross annual salary from EUR 33,880 (full-time basis) above the collective agreement. Further overpayment is possible depending on experience and qualifications.
