In unserem Team aus Projektmanagement, Design und Entwicklung erarbeiten wir gemeinsam digitale Strategien und Lösungen von der Projektidee bis hin zum Go-Live. Mit deinem organisatorischem Know-How bist du als Teil des Teams für Organisation, ​die Kundenkommunikation ​sowie das Controlling und Ressourcen Management verantwortlich.
Dein Profil
  • Du interessierst dich für digitale Strategie, Design und Technologie und bist neugierig auf neue Trends in diesem Bereich.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du verfügst über solide Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, hast starke Skills im Aufgabenmanagement und Erfahrung, wie du Budgets und Zeitpläne im Auge behältest.
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein für das Team, die Kunden und die Projekte
  • Du bist in der Lage, stressige Situationen und mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu bewältigen, sowie wie man Prioritäten setzt und konzentriert bleibt.
  • Du hast bereits in einer Digital-/ Werbeagentur oder als Projekt ManagerIn gearbeitet und bist damit vertraut mit mit Kunden zu kommunizieren und das Wesentliche für das Design- und Entwicklungsteam herauszufiltern
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Software (wir verwenden Wrike und Confluence)
  • Einschlägige Ausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Key-Account-Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder Softwareentwicklung

In our team of project management, design and development, we work together to develop digital strategies and solutions from the project idea to go-live. With your organizational know-how you are responsible for organization, customer communication as well as controlling and resource management as part of the team.
Your profile
  • You are interested in digital strategy, design and technology and are curious about new trends in this field.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • You have solid project management skills, strong task management skills and experience keeping track of budgets and schedules.
  • Sense of responsibility for the team, clients and projects.
  • You are able to handle stressful situations and multiple projects at once, as well as how to prioritize and stay focused.
  • You've worked in a digital/advertising agency or as a project manager before and are comfortable communicating with clients and extracting the essentials for the design and development team
  • You have experience with project management software (we use Wrike and Confluence)
  • Relevant education and/or work experience in project management, key account management, business administration, or software development

  • Full-Time or Part-Time starting with 30h/week

  • Salary: With specific work experience, we offer a gross annual salary above the collective agreement starting at EUR 44,000 (full-time basis). Further overpayment is possible depending on experience and qualifications.
